
Meet Shelby
With almost 11 years of experience in pole dancing, Miss Shelby has become a true expert in body movement, artistic expression, and the unique challenges women face at every stage of life. As a 41-year-old navigating peri-menopause, Shelby has a deep understanding of the ever-changing female body and the physical and emotional shifts we experience through the years.

In 2018, Shelby founded her pole studio in Christies Beach, creating a welcoming and inclusive space where students can grow in strength, confidence, and creativity. Her passion for health and fitness is rooted in over 20 years in the fitness industry, during which she has gained in-depth knowledge of nutrition, meal planning, training programs, and how nutrients impact daily energy levels and overall well-being. Shelby holds a Cert IV in Fitness, Cert IV in Business, and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition.​

Our studio offers a diverse range of pole classes for all levels, including Pole Tricks , Basework and Heels dance classes.

Our Stretch Classes focus on improving flexibility, mobility, and range of motion, helping you to enhance your pole practice and overall body awareness. Our Strength Classes are designed to build foundational strength, targeting key muscle groups to support your pole skills and improve overall fitness.

Our Private Classes offer personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific goals, whether you're working on mastering pole tricks, improving flexibility, or building strength. These classes provide focused attention and a customized plan to accelerate your progress at your own pace.
